The Great Defender

Anyone else need some encouragement this morning? 2 Chronicles 20!! I heard the other day from someone who studies out the bible in intensity that throughout the scripture there are repeating themes. He said that right now we are in a time that lines up with Jehoshaphat. Regardless of whether you believe that or not you cannot deny that we are in a battle right now over the future of our nation. On Monday I also shared a blog about Abijah and the battle he was in that totally aligns with this battle of Jehoshaphat. So I encourage you to read the full chapter of 2 Chronicles 20 for yourself because I'm just going to share what I feel the Lord has shown me. It starts out with several nations joining together to come against Jehoshaphat and Judah. Verse 3 and 4 say, "And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. So Judah gathered together to ask help from the Lord; and from all the cities of Judah they came to seek the Lord.

Verse 12 "O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.”

The fraud and deception in this election is more than apparent if you have eyes to see and ears to hear but do not fear church. The Lord is the judge BUT we need to look to Him.

So as they are all seeking the Lord the Spirit comes upon Jahaziel and says this in vs 15-17, "Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you: ‘Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. Tomorrow go down against them. They will surely come up by the Ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the brook before the Wilderness of Jeruel. You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you."

This battle is the Lord's so do not fear or be discouraged BUT don't miss your part. Yes you have a part to play in this. You need to position yourself in the spirit for battle, stand still and see (watch for, pay attention to, expect) the deliverance of the Lord. What exactly does that mean? If we keep reading we will see. Verse 18 says that they fell before the Lord worshipping the Lord. and in verse 20 Jehoshaphat tells the people to "Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” Then he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying:

“Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever.”

This is important and where we need to be right now and in the days and weeks ahead. Believe in the Lord, believe his prophets and enter into worship, giving praise for holiness in our nation. Open your windows and take your praise to the streets and before the battle lines.

Watch what happens when we believe and worship church... Verse 22, "Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated." It was when they lifted up their voices in praise and worship that the Lord sent. You are not a puppet that God plays with as a child would, orchestrating everything that happens. You have a part to play. God will not force the truth to come forward in this election if His church remains silent and obedient to deception. If you continue reading you will see that not only was this mighty army completely defeated but Judah walked away from that battle prosperous, with more riches than they could even carry.

I believe they will call it for Biden but Trump will rightfully call for a recount and if the church does their part massive fraud and corruption will be exposed. If the church remains silent we will see persecution of the church like this nation has never known. Stand with me before this battle believing God and in praise and worship!

There is an awesome story in 2 Chronicles 13 that I want to share with you. I just can't help but feel like it is a reflection of this moment we are currently living in. Sometimes it is almost painful
